ZWL Shaftless Screw Conveyors

Shaftless screw conveyor is designed with the combination of single-shaft, dual-shaft or multiple-shaft blades for conveying.  Special blade and structure, developed by the company, are dedicated for conveying of materials to be winded and blocked easily, such as municipal domestic waste, biomass straw, etc., and they can also be used for conveying the particle materials and powder materials, wet and pasty materials, as well as semi-liquid and viscous materials. It features the following characteristics:

It has excellent environmental protection performance. Fully-closed spiral surface easily to be washed can prevent the conveyed materials from pollution and leakage.

It has large conveying capacity, which is 1.5 times shaft screw conveyor with the same diameter.

The discharge port is free from blockage, with the function of pressure and temperature resistance. In addition, fireproof door preventing flue gas from being mixed can be designed for the discharge port.

It has long conveying distance. Conveying length of single conveyor can be 60~70m.
